Love this app!! Updates and notifications of property statuses are up to date and constant. We live far from our destined new dwelling so getting these notifications help us on our upcoming move.

I love this app

We were sort of looking for a home in our price range but didnt want to engage a realtor quite yet so when I came across Xome I was thrilled. Just to be able to keep an eye on what was available was my intention but one house just kept making me go back and look at the pictures. Finally one afternoon I drove to the address that was listed and found myself calling the listing agent from the driveway of this darling house! It was perfect for us! The person who answered the phone told me the house had been sold!!!! I asked her to check again. No it had been sold she repeated. I was SO disappointed. Later that day I just got a bee in my bonnet and remembered on the Xome app there was a Make An Offer button, which I had scoffed at before actually but now decided what the heck! Ill make an offer! What have I got to lose? I offered one thousand dollars over the listed price. Xome has a 24 hour concierge service and it wasnt but 10 minutes later I got a call from a very polite young man. He informed me the house WAS NOT SOLD and would it be ok if the agent I had chosen from their list could call me in the morning since it was late evening? The next morning the agent called and the ball was rolling. A long story short, we were leaving the next day to Cozumel and I asked our agent if that was a problem. He assured me it was not and that we could do everything electronically. He ordered the inspections. We made an offer, it was accepted, we got the house and we are ecstatic!!! NONE of this would have happened without Xome. Seriously. Xome allowed me to think outside my own box and see everything available in the town we loved, in the perimeters we set up on the app and we ended up with our perfect forever home. Thank you Xome!!!

its a great app! Im fixing to move out on my own out of state here pretty soon and this app is great for looking at houses in places Im thinking about moving to! one tiny problem though, it keeps quitting and closing and I cant use it anymore.

Im not really looking for a house but I look on this app and I look for houses and I like cant breathe when I see the houses that are on there even though theyre super expensive the houses that I like I still just like I dont know why just like looking at pictures of amazing houses its weird I know but I like it

tried realtor.com and zillow and many more but this one worked to much easier. simple! i love it im screaming

I am impressed with every aspect of this app. Before I found out about this app, I used "Zillow" It was useful but not as updated as this. Newest listing is always a plus for me. We used this to find a home to rent for our call of duty clan during the summer. Doing it next year too.

This app needs significant improvement to be useful. Xome itself is a great service, but this app is horrendous. First of all, the app is missing data from the website - WHY? You cant get school zone info from the app (I asked, just to make sure it wasnt hidden somewhere). This makes it very unhelpful to anyone who has a family. Second, the app flat out doesnt work. I searched for properties in a city - 3 listings. I searched for another city, and then I searched the original city again - 0 listings. In the span of a few minutes at 7am, apparently all the houses in that city sold. This isnt an isolated incident, Ive found houses in the browser that just wont show up in the app. This app does not reliably show you all the available listings, and when it does it provides incomplete information. In my opinion, this makes it unusable. Id give 0 stars if I could.
